Is this medical care?

No. This is wellness and performance testing and training. It doesn't diagnose, treat or cure anything, and it doesn't replace your doctor. Lab orders are authorized through an independent licensed physician network before your kit ships.

What do I have to do for the tests?

Swab your cheek, collect two samples at home, and drop the prepaid mailer in the mail. Each one takes minutes.

I've already done bloodwork and a DNA kit.

Those tell you whether a number sits inside a normal range, or hand you a report to decode alone. Here three tests are read together and a nutritionist turns them into one plan you can follow.

Can I do this from anywhere?

Training is online, so yes. Test kits ship in the U.S. except New York State and U.S. territories. Flow VIP's in-person sessions are in Laguna Beach, California.
